Sandbar Beach Road 2508 Beach House
One of four homes in addition to Something Fishy gift shop, all located on adjoining beach road properties and operated by Sandbar Beach Rentals. Home was built in 2020, and is quickly becoming a guest favorite for family gatherings. Available for weekly rentals year round (Saturday turns in season), and nightly or monthly rentals in off-season.
Great Central Location
Home is on the beach road, directly across street from ocean front. Public beach access available to north and south, only minutes away. Great food, coffee, deserts and shopping within easy walking distance, and a short drive to all outer banks attractions.
Accommodates Large Families
Spacious floor plan with 4 bedrooms, bonus room and 5.5 bathrooms comfortably accommodates up to 15 people.
House has 6 queens beds and 3 twin bed total.
Home is designed to accommodate two families comfortably with main kitchen on top floor, and secondary kitchenette on ground floor.
House fully dressed with linens (sheets, towels, toilet paper), and beds will be made up for your arrival.
Outside Fun
Yard features a private pool for fun and relaxation while at home.
Private hot tub on front patio overlooking pool.
Each floor features large decks with great views, including views of ocean from 3rd floor.
Ground Floor
Step inside the first floor, and find a game room, secondary kitchen, as well as a full bath with shower and a bonus room with a queen and 2 twin beds in back half of ground floor.
2nd Floor
The second floor finds 3 bedroom suites as follows:
- Master suite has 2 queen beds and a small sofa in sitting area. Private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Sliding door access to large deck overlooking pool.
- Two rear bedrooms each have queen bed and one also has a twin bed. Both have private bathrooms with jetted tub/shower.
Top Floor
Once you make it to the top floor, you will find comfortable living space, including the main kitchen, dining and living rooms in an open floor plan configuration, as well as the large master bedroom suite, complete with deluxe open concept bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Large ocean view deck in front of house with patio decks wrapping around the north side as well.
